St. Paul of the Cross Monastery, Pittsburgh

Hall & Labagh

-A 14-stop Hall and Labagh (1853) was moved from a closed Catholic church in Buffalo, NY (now owned by Catholic Charities) to St. Paul of the Cross Monastery in Pittsburgh, PA (the first Passionist Monastery in the USA).

-The organ was entirely cleaned.

-The action was restored.

-A new blower was installed.

-There is still some work to be done on the pipe work: 8 treble pipes are missing and need to be replaced; new tuning sleeves will eventually be installed.

-Much thanks goes to the rector of the Monastery, Fr. Justin Kerber.

-Team for removal and installation: Paul Campbell and Chris Ricketts.
